What are your support hours?

Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time. Pro and Enterprise customers receive priority routing and can expect a first response within 2 hours. Enterprise customers on the 24/7 add-on have access to round-the-clock phone and Slack support.

How do I report a security vulnerability?

We take security seriously. Please disclose vulnerabilities responsibly by emailing security@nebula.dev. We will acknowledge your report within 24 hours and aim to resolve confirmed issues within 72 hours. We maintain a public bug bounty program — details are available on our security page.

Can I request a live product demo?
